 .He wanted a scarecrow with exposed robotic parts, but as per usual I went with the steampunk look. It's not necessarily meant to be the Scarecrow from Batman, but I don't mind if you want to think it is  . |

I love the rusted look you gave his exposed arm, the clock on the scythe is a neat touch, and the tattered clothes are perfect for that extra creepy effect.
See, THIS is what I mean when I say I gotta try harder, 'cause your art is getting way good, and I better work on improving my style, or you just might leave me in the dust!
Also, I find this guy's design reminiscent of Robo-Ky.
